just wanna download and install the new 1.4 update but i get the error 1221

After some searching i think the only cure is a new PR install.

I get the same problem even though I have freshly installed 1.4

I did the same thing, installed my copy of 1.4 dowloaded from the project reality site, but it gives the same error for me when i try to update.
