Launcher/Updater Will not Launch

So i noticed there was a PR update and decided to try it out, ive been away for a while due to real life stuff. Anyways i downloaded the 1.4.1 iso and installed and reinstalled 4 times and i cannot get the game the launch.

I can launch the game from the executable directly but we all know that doesnt work because you have to use the launcher. whenever i try to launch the launcher or the updater i get the following error:

Not sure what the issue is =\
My next step is to try and redownload the iso, maybe something corrupted with it and it isnt installing completely.
