Question about armor?Will shermans be able to kill tigers or panthers from the front or will they need to flank them?Since we have only had main battle tanks in PR before i was curious.

I am very concerned that there is no news about WW2, when to wait for the inclusion of the minimod in the main game? A huge part of the players are looking forward this minimod.

how you do guys ? please more news

A little birdy told me that they are hard at work behind the scenes, so just please be more patient.

With that being said, Battlefield: Korea just released on Christmas, so um, if you want to use a lot of the same weapons PR:WW2 uses, they can be played against bots in our mod, and um, we have a BF1942 map pack addon, so it kinda feels a little like WW2 at times.

Click the link in my signature if you would like to check it out. Maybe that will hold some people over for a while and let them actually get to shoot the weapons vs bots, as opposed to waiting for the next release.

Just be aware, ours is a realistic mod, not a military simulation like PR, so we are more like a hybrid of PR and FH2 gunplay. We don't have a minimap and nametags and flag icons plastered all over the screen, so in that way we are like PR in that you have to press M key to see map. Our guns do however have zoom, and out tanks are able to be driven like in FH2.

Just be assured they are still working on it, and it isn't abandoned at all. They are just super busy at this time of year, plus everybody on the team is helping out with multiple projects.

I seen tread about Breakout assault map 2012 y.(!) also it looks like ready map , but why we didnt saw this map yet ?

what!!!! it is so disappointing. so why would they bother themselves to start it again and somehow rebuild it?
although by no any news from devs, I think it is a going-to-be-canceled project.

This. It is still our intent to keep adding to this, at least to the point of being integrated with the main mod eventually, so unless something goes terribly wrong at some point we'll all have our WW2 fix ^^

A lot of it does come down to what CT said, our resources aren't what they used to be due to other stuff in RL going on.

the theme of the WW2 is very interesting for me, I could try to help you with any task: make any bunker , house etc

no exaggeration to say PR:WW2 is the best realistic WW2 shooter ever, such as the atmosphere at the Omaha Karentane Merville not even in arma3, I'm really willing to help you all I can

however, I have one comment: those big bunkers on carentan's flag "bunker", they are really uncomfortable for defenders cuz impossible shoot sitting from them but in standing big part of body is visible for enemy, if it possible edit them lit a bit

really exited for PR:WW2...

btw last time on the Beta we didn't have the M1919 Browning machine gun as MG kit...

is it going to be added once the game is ready !?

They finished it shortly after their last update to the beta client its somewhere on forums going to be the US machinegunner kit
