Problem in Downloading

Hey guys, I'm a kinda new here, and i having a problem with the downloading.
Basically, the torrent never begin to download, I don't now why, it found the the seeders, but nothing happens.....

Your internet provider or the settings your router is using are not allowing the torrent. Can you usually download torrents?
