Game not responding on launch

Hello everyone


I played PR fine untill today where i am trying to launch the game and it goes in to the black screen but from there just doesnt do anything.. its just stuck.

to close the game i have to go to the task bar and there it says that the game is not responding.



Anything i can do to fix this?


By the way, it happent after i tried getting all graphics settings to HIGH , needless to say that my pc is welllllllll above the minimum, (i7 6700K , 16GB, GTX 760) after that i reset everything to low and it still didnt work. ) :
