In the Console - when in game press Top left key Tilde or the little 2 carre on French keyboard, type

renderer.drawfps 1

This will show fps for fine tuning settings. this guideis still relavant for PR. Looking towards the middle or lots of action and smoke, fire, explosions will hit FPS hard.

I'd try Dynamic Shadows and lights off, as IMHO they are a cheap way of getting more FPS. Your card is the same benchmark score as my old one 9600M GT , I had nearly everything on Low at 1920X1080 start from there and adjust.
