Hi there,

Our unit is relatively simple.

Firstly we have a standard procedure for anyone joining our group, a BCT covering all the basics of PR. Therefore making our group quite beginner friendly. An ACT, sort of an addition to the BCT, but implementing basic squad tactics as well as light vehicle usage such as Hmmwv's, Trucks etc..

The BCT & ACT is something everyone has to go through, after that you can then decide to transfer out of the infantry and into our armor or engineering units. As for our aviation, we keep that sector relatively closed. Only the very best pilots of our group will end up there. And after having shown a lot of dedication and will.

Upon entering one of our squads, your leader obviously becomes the squad leader, they run their own trainings covering the usage of their assets.

Eh, its always possible to do better, we sure could do better. But with the current playerbase PR has, we sure are doing just fine

Besides that, people usually combine milsim with drama. We have no such thing in our group, we spend a lot of energy making sure we have the right people in the right places. And generally making sure we have a mature and healthy environment.

And THAT is the key reason why this unit is still around, and likely will be for years to come.

[21MID] Has as of January 1st 2017 decided to switch our focus from Project Reality and over to Squad. We will no longer be recruiting for Project Reality.

It has been a few years of Project Reality, and we feel like Squad how has the minimal requirements to suit our needs. The transformation over to Squad was the initial plan from the very beginning of our group.
