PR 1.4 Update, Unable to spawn in local co op now...

I cannot spawn in a local co op game with bots,
I can get as far as the spawn screen, i select my spawn point and make sure i have the default kit, and then press done, after i have done all that it just closes the spawn screen overlay and all you can see is "instant spawn" on the top of the screen and nothing else and it just stays like that....

Any help is appreciated... thanks
