Hey there, so I download PR and no matter what graphical settings I use, my frame rate consistently drops below 60fps, even on the very lowest settings, even though my PC should really run it on the highest.
Here are my specs:
i5 3330 @3.0 GHZ
R7 260X 2GB VRAM
8GB RAM
64GB SSD (game is not installed on this drive)
Really confused as to this issue. Players in game were unable to help.

The issue here is really not your setup (except for low CPU-clock) but since the BF2 engine only uses one core you might want to do some overclocking (not advised) or deal with it like the rest of us (not trying to be demeaning) unless your issues are severe and do you run into the same issue on lowly populated servers?
I did run into an issue with my graphics driver way back (probably not your case) where it would only run with my 2d-clocks (meaning every game I played ran like a slideshow) might be a good idea to update your graphics driver while you are at it: Download AMD Drivers & Software
