PR Mumble doesn't start when I start the game

I have just downloaded the iso torrent from the website. Installed it, it updated itself to 1.4.4.0 automatically and I start PR. But when I go in a game the H and Num0 buttons don't work and when I Alt-Tab out, the Mumble icon isn't there in my tray

I played v1.3.x (cant remember which) in the summer and it was working fine now even if I open Mumble in launcher Options it appears in tray and pops up with a classic unresponsive black window and then another little window pops that says ....exe has stopped working...

EDIT: Ok so I tried opening Mumble from launcher again and it worked for some reason but still doesnt start when I join server

EDIT2: Ok so I fixed it by setting Mumble compbability to Windows XP SP3 but now I get this buzzing sound when people talk over mumble

EDIT3: I solved the buzzing sound by going through Mumble Audio Wizard
