PR Crash after a Few Minutes

Hi everyone, as i said, PR crash after 15 or 20 minutes playing, with no error message, it just close. I would greatly appreciate your help

system specs would be good, could be low ram if you have less than 4GB

is it hot? overheating? if you are on a laptop this is generally the case :P

I have 4gb of RAM.. Yeah, i'm using a laptop, maybe that's the problem. It's strange 'cause I play this game sice a few years, and i never had problems before.. I will see what can i do. Thanks for the answer

I was testing, and is not a problem of temperature.. I tried whit connection problem but is the same.. Any idea?

open in " windowed" mode, then post errormessage here

I discovered that the problem was the conecction.. But now it crash every time i change a map, not while i'm playing.. Why is this?

I've tried playing windowed, but there was no error message

do you have Windows 7 8 or 10?

whats your chipset ?
whats your gpu graphic Card?
how many RAm do you have installed? 4 GIGA right?
