I have an critical error on Startup. I think ist the first time I see critical error anywhere. While it is one of the coolest error Messages you can get, I still cant play the game. Low energy.

Same error after the update. Before i updated i made a copy of the 'pr' folder in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods' and renamed it pr_alt and put it into the same folder 'mods'. After the update i ran the launcher.exe in 'pr_alt' bin folder to see if it worked. It did, i got into the ingame menu of the previous PR version. After that when i tried to run the new PR version i got this error. Then i deleted pr_alt but the error persisted. Log file report:

Because i noticed MapList.con and Launcher.con were missing, i copied all the 8 .con files into 'C:\Users\niceone\Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles\Default' and replaced even the .con files that were already present (after including the 2 missing ones didn't work).
But to no avail, same error still persists. Please help.
Not only did the DEVs totally throw off the CAS/AA balance and make TOWs useless against tanks, no that was not enough. They also had to introduce their most controversial change yet, a 16 character limit on player names.

Solved it yesterday with a fresh reinstall of 1.5 into a different folder (instead of 'C:\Program Files (x86)\' i put it into 'saved games' folder in my user account. I didn't try reinstalling into the previous folder, but i think it would have worked too.
Try it it Swatius maybe it'll work.
