If we get planes then this should be deployeble AA for German :) US should get quad AA gun as there AA.
Still I want to ask one thing. I cant remember is tank spawing 20 min on Carentan? Can somebody tall me that.

what about the M1903 Springfield Bolt Action Rifle ?

it would amazing if we have it for the US as ALT kit for Rifleman and a Scoped Version for Sniper kit !

I heard something about it being done after the open beta ended and I think the carbine has the alt spot it could be a marksman kit though

It's updated in our repo, works fine there ;) . Don't think you'll get another 'beta'-ish event, next release of PR:WW2 is most likely when it's part of core PR.

Not sure how PR feels about using content from DODS, but Valve is pretty friendly and whitelists a lot of their content for modding use so long as it is not a commercial product. Somebody ported the Springfield from it to BF2, and we will actually be using it in BFK with our next update as an alternative to our M1C Garand sniper.

The best part about it, is he gave it crawling animations just like our mods have, so it fits in perfectly for PR or ours.

I don't see how it is advertising when I only mentioned that I added to the mod so I have fully tested the weapon... People were talking about the Springfield and I was letting them know it has crawling animations which both mods use. Literally every PR weapon just about has a crawling animation. As such I thought it only appropriate to mention that fact since this weapon happens to be a perfect fit for PR:WW2.

Thanks for the heads up about the springfield Anthony, it's up to arc and AD though if ww2 will use it.

Also I don't think anyone thinks you're advertising (at least i don't), just excited about pr:ww2 and bf:korea. Which you should be cos i certainly am :)

I have few questions about tank balans in PR:WW2.
I know there is only M4 and Panzer IV but are you planing in future to add new tanks(like Panter,Tiger,M5,M24 and many M4 versions)? Also are you able(in PR) to make difference in armour betwen light/medium/heavy tank or tank destroyer(if you add them)?
Secound question is about tank spawning balanse(in case if you add diffrent classes of tanks). Like right now we have maps which didnt saw big tank combat(INF concetrate) like Omaha,Carentan and there is one which name I cant remember. But If you for instance make Operation Cobra or other map which saw big tank combat IRL,how are you going to balance it? Are you going to do like Rhino on Falkland where you have like 10 jets which spawn differently? IMO that would be really good. We ussually dont have APC/IFV squad so having 4+ tank whould be good IMO. Also not having them (re)spawing 20 min whould be also good IMO.
This is example which would be really good IMO fro some tank heavy map:
2xPanzer IVF(10min)-medium tank
2xPanter(15min)-medium tank
1xTiger I(20min,delayed)-heavy tank
1xPanzer E(10 min,delyed)-infantry tank
1xStuG III(10-15min,delayed)-tank destroyer
There would also be transport truckes,logies,jeeps,scout(armour) cars and APC(which would be used by INF squades).

lol i was just giving you a hard time since i see you every once in a while on this thread honestly i think your producing a great mod wish more games did the korean war its less touched than WW1

It was also better than the '03. It was the only semi auto main battle rifle fielded, everyone else used bolt actions.
you mean they never used it just because it's better than the '03. ?

my point here is the sniper kit for US was the Lee Enfield rifle during the last Beta !!

that's why im asking if it's going to be Added with the 7.8x Unertl scope !?

and the M84 sight it was used for the M1C so that would be Great if added for Marksman kit.... also the m84 scope can also be used on the '03.

So much wrong in this post... First of all, the Unertl scope was used by the Marine Corps. The M1C was never used in WW2. The M1 Garand was the standard issue rifle, but Springfields were still used by rear area troops and as a riflegrenade platform.

Dunno about map screens, but I'm finishing a tutorial tonight/tomorrow for something so you'll get a sneak peak at something :)

Quick bump, but for anyone who didn't catch the tutorial. This is still in WIP, could use some decals and such on the texture and for this tutorial I didn't create the teeth for the tracks yet. So keep that in mind.

Only thing I've done are the tracks, credit to the model goes to Zemciugas and textures to CTRifle :)
