My PR Launcher is stuck on Loading News ??

after the last update i cant plau pr at all i just try to launch pr launcher it showes loading news as showing in the picture for hours and nothing else :

first it shows like this with loading mouse icon but loading mouse dosnt show in this screenshot

then i got this message i didnt receive everytime i open the launcher just recently showed like this and i take the chance to screenshot it .

i triad doing this but it dosnt work i changed my dns it was 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 i delete it all and tried nothing work also triad to launch it offline but got the same results

ok i got this new message now after it suddenly worked i dont know the reason but maybe because of the dns as you said it asked me to download some update and while im instilling this updates i got this new message shown in this screenshot

nothing is blocked here also i played this game for 2 years with no problem i got this problem after last update , there is something strange there sometimes it worked when i set the compatibility mode to windows 7 also disable display scaling on high dpi settings but after i click on play it showed an error saying access to path c:/xxxxx is denied then after i close everything then re open i will had the same first problem again ... i also uncheck the readonly box in pr folder .
