For the last month or so my mumble has been constantly stuttering, I'm able to hear people fine for a few seconds, then they start stuttering (their mic keeps cutting out and back in) and I can't understand anything they're saying then it goes back to normal for a few seconds.
My ping is fine and I'm not lagging in game, I've tried messing with the jitter buffer and the output delay, I've tried forcing TCP mode and I've tried reinstalling mumble and the game altogether but it still doesn't work.
