Game Will not start

Hey
I Am New to this game.
And I have done all that I can do But The game Will not Start

I Use THE launcher and i get the small Box and Click on PLAY.
The Screen Go Black and Flickers one time And Then Returns to Windows.

What To Do ????

Go to support and post the information here. Are you setting some special resolution?

If you're not a regular gamer, you might have to update dx9, it should come with modern windows though...

Also do check again on your firewall. There's another login phase when the screen goes black that for some reason many firewalls fail with.

there is also the link for the directx 9 version

select a resolution thats 60 hz , pr works only with 60 hz



did the game update itself up to 1.4.11?
