Unable to bind mumble to mouse keys after windows update

Not sure if there's already a post for this (searched and didn't find one) but sorry if there is

Recently my Windows 10 updated and for some reason it completely deleted everything from PR from my computer - figured it was no biggie and just reinstalled and everything seems to be working fine with the exception of one (minor but annoying) issue, mumble will no longer let me bind anything to my mouse buttons that I used to have them on (local and squad chat). I know it's most likely not an issue with my mouse drivers as the bindings I use them for outside of PR still work fine, it's just this small issue that I can't seem to resolve. Any ideas?

Don't configure through the launcher, do it through mumble.

Same here for a month now, never got a solution (doesnt work through mumble neither). It worked before and it works now in any other game.
