For who is having VCREDIST140.dll and mumble_app.dll errors, i solved installing the 32 bit version (x86) of the Visual C++ redistributable 2015.
For some reason english language doesn't have available donwloads of the binary, so choose another language.
Hope it was useful to someone
EDIT: oh, the solution was already reported by the way. Thank you devs for your nice work!

'[R-DEV wrote:Mats391;2167764'] Important, due to an update to the mumble client, make sure you have Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 installed! Download it here. This is also for those who get the 'Mumble_app.dll error -3' error.
You need the vc_redist.x86.exe even if you have x64 system.
So ppl do not have to spend an hour getting to writing a post like this, thinking yeah I have that C++, oh and okay I will just re-install it just to be sure and .... spend more time sifting thru forums to find out the one version seemingly most reasonable is the wrong one in this case.
[*] Now includes individual sound control by right clicking players in the mumble client.

I wish you could control squad chat and local chat volume individualy, because sometimes it's really annoying how you can't hear someone talking in local, while someone is talking in squad chat...

Hi guys, i've been playing PR for about 6 months aprox. and I freaking love this game, just registered in fórum though. I do have a non so shitty PC (2013 Samsung laptop, not great but pretty decent) and i do have some fps drops specially on MP. I want to know why the only High effect forcing and how can I increase some of the optimization, just to avoid rage quitting this wonderful game forever (until I make some money to update PC)
Thank you very much and long live the devs of this masterpiece, see ya in servers

We removed the ability to use low effects settings because people would exploit it. It was actually possible for low graphics users to see through smoke giving them a big advantage and that was considered unfair.
Can you share your laptop's specs? And also on what settings do you play the game?
great job PR Dev... its so nice to see updates like this...
also the new Beta maps are really great and the fact that you guys let public server play and give feed-back on it it's awesome...
the new Dutch AR, and Rifles and freaking amazing, not to mention how really good the aimpoint is with the magnifier.... feel like playing With an improved version of the IDF Reflex with the zoom.... very well done. if only we had more dutch Faction maps :/
also i wish more maps get that light CAS heli combination with 3v3 tank on the ground in the future...
Can we atleast have medium effects settings and not only high, This high effects thing kills my FPS on maps. Even on Fallujah when the update came out. A bomb truck blew up and my potato shat it's self.
Other than explosions killing my pc, my fps is still around the normal range but i want it to be higher so i need to reduce effects to achieve that. (I disabled shadows for better performance, helped a bit)

D.J.
Great decision, on maps with 2km and 4km, the snipers were attacking the targets even covered by smoke. This was causing a suspicion of hacking to those who did not know this problem.
Thank you, you must have spend a lot of time looking at my new rifles.
Anyways, when I made the model I did some research on the grip-pod and I noticed that the legs were almost always on a bit of an angle. So I did the same for my model because I figured it would be a nice detail.
