Fps lag

Hello, every 1-4 weeks my Fps goes down when I play especially when I get close to a helicopter or smoke.

But when I make a new account the lag goes off like there is no more lag, after 1-4 weeks the lag comes back (repeat repeat repeat repeat)

How to fix?

I'll post specs as soon as possible but I'm sure that my laptop can run PR
