Error 1301

Error 1301
I tried to play last night and today but the game will not start and hangs on verifying client files for a bit then shows the error. I've looked on the forums but none had any posts from 2017, if I could get some help I'd appreciate it.
Why do they let me use a tank? I'm just gonna blowup that knat we passed 50 minutes ago.

Firewall/DNS failure/Any other kind of internet issue.
