Fps lag

Hello, every 1-4 weeks my Fps goes down when I play especially when I get close to a helicopter or smoke.

But when I make a new account the lag goes off like there is no more lag, after 1-4 weeks the lag comes back (repeat repeat repeat repeat)

I don't get lag all the time sometimes I get inside smoke and I don't lag

I live in Australia, ping on New York is around 250, on fcv which I don't know where it is stationed is around 200. Could this be the problem?

Oh and Europe around 350 I don't play that much in Europe servers

You won't get low ping servers in this game anymore in the geographic location you are in.
You can try China servers, but because they are behind the great firewall they wont be much better.
Safe to say if you're in the Asia Pacific region PR is dead to you.
But by all means if you can actually hit something at 200ms US servers or 300ms Euro Servers without raging, carry on...
The games playerbase as contracted severely over recent months to the point where only Eastern USA and Euro servers are populated.
In a game that is of the FPS/Tactical Shooter genre, latency along with bad hit detection means the death of any player who is not using hacks.

No I'm playing with 250 ping and its ok i don't have any problems with that but, is that why I'm getting the lag?

I don't think it is because of my ping because it happened to me before when I was in Europe
