Pr Mumble Disconnected No Fixes Found

I just recently built a tasty new computer and was excited to jump on pr and start shouting at people with mumble however no matter what i do mumble will not connect, SOMETIMES manually connecting to certain mumble servers does work but very hit and miss seems only specific servers work, have been hunting through forms for days trying everything and nothing is working, All anti virus disabled, firewall exceptions, tried restarting in game (is not multiple instances) reinstalled mic drivers. at a total loss of how to fix this. am using avira, malwarebytes and a vpn (vpn removed to see if that was the issue despite it being activated still no cigar). have asked around in game as well which some seem to not like, and still cannot play due to being kicked for not having functioning mumble. anyone got any ideas?

If you rule out network issues, its probably anti virus. Mumble uses shared memory which some AVs don't like.
