loading up or updating to v.1.48.0

So i am not sure what is going here. the updater stops around 98% complete, and then say

Error 61: Access to the path C:\program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\pb\dllwc002306.dll.patchtemp'is denied

pb\dll\wc002306.dll

Is there any reason why this is doing this? what recommendations should i do?
