Im having problems with the launcher

i decided to re-install PR after 1 or 2 years of me not playing.So once i installed the game and me launching it from the launcher,the game crashes and the launcher for some reason is deleted idfk what to do ive tried re-installing like 2 times but still is nothing and constantly been shown this message once i click on the launcher http://gyazo.com/7bda14a04d9259becdcef57cf6f7ec4d if anyone has a solution to this problem please post it down below thank you.

If its the problem with like 1.4.18 where the launcher gets deleted, its your anti virus.

so should i re-install it again and this time turn off the anti virus
