Random shooting/stuttering mumble (LAG?)

Hey everyone,

I am not new to PR, but recently I've bought a new laptop and installed PR once again.
On my first matches I started noticing some oddities.
First off, sometimes my gun goes off for no reason, a couple times in a row, and then it stops. I'm 100% this is not me accidentally clicking the mouse, or a hardware problem in my mouse, because this only happens when I am in PR.

Secondly, when people talk on mumble, they often break up badly that I cannot understand a word of what they're saying.

That last part leads me to believe it may have something to do with mumble, but I am no computer guru so I'm curious what you guys have to say about it.
