I keep getting disconnected from servers

I'm using windows 10 and this issue started happening only after i moved to another house, so my ISP put another modem on my house, it only started happening after that, is there a fix for this or a workaround, I really miss playing PR and not getting kicked out every 2 or 3 minutes from a server.

EDIT 1: already cleared PRBF2 and PNKBSTR on my firewall.

192.168.0.1 - it's your modem. Connection between your modedm and your PC is stable. Next step is your ISP's routing device(well at least one of them) 15% of losses probably means that something is wrong after your modem. It could be the line or the modem itself. I would recommend you to contact your ISP's tech support and provide them with what you have(explanation of the problem and a screenshot).

I Found the culprit. I switch my modem to bridge and then connected a really reliable tp link router, new results: https://prnt.sc/i97h77
So to people that have this issue, try using a router from a good brand and put the modem on bridged, apparantly that solved it for me. I didn't do a gameplay test yet, but by the looks of the winMTR 1% loss is way more acceptable than 10% hahahaha. I still might get disconnected, but not certainly every 2-3 minutes.

Secondly, what seems to work for me, was to go to Device Manager and under "mouse and smth." tab there I have two HID devices, so I just disabled the one which does not affect my mouse. I play on laptop though, might be different for desktops.

Didn't work, I only had pnbstr A on my services, and even then I did the same things the post said, I just crashed after probably like 5 or 6 minutes of gameplay.

Can some of the devs come here and help me? Game's unplayable for me. Can't play a single full round, tried every "fix" on these forums none worked. Not that it changes anything I also have reshade on my game, maybe is that what's causing the game to crash?

Regarding losing connection, none of us can you help you debug that, we don't have control over the BF2 engine. I would blame some firewall somewhere at the ISP or packet corruption.

Crashing, try playing without anti virus and make sure you run as admin.

Crashing as in freezing and getting kicked back at the menu screen.

Is there an error log or something that could indicate whats happening? I would be happy to provide all the info regarding my setup or anything. I love this game too much to let it go like this... If there is something I could provide as pointless as ot might seem or some crazy idea idk just let me know.

Could a fresh reinstall fix it? Because the installed game in my pc is over a year old maybe a corrupted update or file? And another thing I noticed is that in my services the Pnkbstr B service doesn’t show up while playing and connected to a server. Could it be that? I have more than once make big changes on my OS and I never did a clean install of windows so sething might have gone corrupted, I will try a fresh reinstall of the game client to seee if that helps.

Punkbuster is not used, you can uninstall it.

Maybe a router setting? I use a TPLink router

I will try again, I'm right now in another house, with a different router. If the problem prevails then I don't know.
