Effects Quality Forced to high :(

Guess this option which came with update has ruined my fps and game is laggy.
i dont need or want your non existent technical advice which is a joke.
but us players as a whole who run PR on a low system would love for you to put back the option of setting effects quality to low or medium.
Just change is back so we can pick what our systems desire, NOT You.
PR Community is dying and you do a stupid thing like this lol

The forced effects has been active since July. We do believe the recent impact on performance is either placebo or has a cause elsewhere. We are still investigating. Effects will remain locked. So will this thread
