unhandled exception

[DUTCH_SteijnXD]

I istalled PR and when i created an account it said there was a critical error and that an unhandled exception has occured. I would really like to fix this so i can play PR. If anywone knows how to fix it i'd be glad to hear it. It also said further details could be found in PRlauncher.log . In there it says System.Windows.Baml2006.TypeConverterMarkupExtension has made an exception.

So like does nobody know how to fix this?

Try "retrieving" the account you created and see if it works.
Also post your specs from the "Support" menu so I can see that you're not running an ancient version of .NET

I have tried to retrieve the account but the same error popped up. Where can i find the the support menu. Because the game doesnt even start up. The it goes wrong directly after i log in. I have reinstalled the game multiple times because if i log in once it aitomatically gives the error if i start it up afterwards.

well the problem apears as soon as i log in in the launcher i get an error and than i can press ok and it closes. so if i have to launch PR to get to the support menu im ganna have a probleem

Yes it does still happen. But i dont understand where i can find the support menu because i couldn't find it in the files and also i dont come across it when i start PR.

i fixed it. i want through all my of my pc and than i figured out my graphics drivers where outdated so now its fixed. i would like to thank you for the help.
