Can't log in

Hi guys! I have been playing Pr for a lot of time, but this is the first time I got this kind of problem. Problem is that when I tried to connect to my account there was a message of "connecting to your account" as usuall, but it was loading infinetly. I waited 30 minutes but it didn't change, It was still "connecting". Then I tried to reset profile settings, but unfortunetly it didn't work at all, now I can't even log in to my account.It is doing the same thing, when I press retrieve it doesn't do anything, the button just turns grey and that's it. I need help please, I think this problem should be because of internet reaching the launcher itself because everything else works.
