Hello everyone. I am new to the PR community. I downloaded the game but i have a huge issue. When i click "Play" on the launcher, it opens but stays a black screen which in order to close it have to force it with task manager. How i can fix it? I really want to play PR.
Specs:
I am on a laptop with Windows 8.1. 4GB ram, cpu is 1.8ghz but it runs always at 2.11ghz.
My video card has shader model 3.0 (intel 4400series).
I have the lowest set settings in the launcher. I have tried running it with compactibility mode, using windowed mode, some start options for the shortcut and deleting the PR profile folder.
I have played bf2 again before online and i online at another known mod. However as i said PR is stuck at black screen.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your time. I'll wait a reply here.

-Run as windowed and see if you get an error message.
-Make sure no firewall is blocking loopback.

As i said i used windowed mode. Yeah i checked the firewall, but i just found what was the issue.
When i downloaded PR the launcher updated my battlefield 2 to the latest version. So i had to play bf2 in this version first. i played multiplayer (local) and mp with the other mod i was playing. Then, i came back to PR and now it works great!
