LAG everywhere

I have Problem in Maps that have too much trees and grass ex nuijama korengal valley kokan ...ect when i always play in these kind of maps my game laging specially when hide or move into buntch of trees or wheat spikes and when i pop white smoke in general my game get so laggy (overlag) if u know what i mean one thing that i know and im sure 100% its graphic stuff so im asking for a solution for this problem and thanks

set your settings to low maybe , and please post your pc specs
