Do you have net framework 4.0 installed? If so, check if PresentationFramework.dll exists in YourDrive:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework.NETFramework\v4.0\Profile\Client

If not, reinstall the net framework from this link : https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/ ... rk-runtime

Let me know if this is installed.
