Volume up the effects?

If that's not the case, try to set Audio Quality to High instead of Ultra High (Ultra High is a bit bugged iirc).

Thank you for your Reply and sorry for the caps ,im just use the caps lock because its a important note of the main problem in hand.

i changed to ( high ) but does not work.

actually i check all types of sounds and nothing - reset profile nothing - new name or account nothing - uninstall the game and install the game again nothing - same with the software sound blaster - nothing... so i am not a programer or some software geek . so i dont know how to fix this issue.
