Can't login to PR

After a couple months of no problems, I'm getting connection timeout error.

After waiting on
"Connecting to profile..." box (which is usually not more than a couple seconds before this)

I get

"Launch Error" box
"10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

I read the sticky thread about "1004: Error connecting to server (10060)"
but did not find any solutions.
I cleared the shader cache.
Made an offline profile.
I checked PRSPY and there are populated servers.

On a possibly related note, I can't find servers in Steam server browser either. But the rest of my internet seems to be working fine and tried speedtest.net and it's fine.
Is my ISP screwing me?

ok well i don't know what the hell it was exactly, but something to do with the modem/router.

before, somehow, it was only partially initialized or something...all websites could work fine but not connecting to any game master servers for whatever reason
i just unplugged the modem, router, let sit for a couple minutes. plugged modem back in first, then router.

never had that problem before. network either works or it doesn't, not 'mostly'.

I'm having the same issue as Well, there is nothing anywhere that's seems to offer any kind of useful solution
