So check this out..
My game is crashing in fullscreen mode without any error, but in windowed it runs OK. The problem is I have unberable low fps so I critically need fullscreen working
So the quest begins:
-installed directx 9 (june 2010)
-deleted all antivirus and disabled firewall
-installed c++ (2015,2017,2019) and c++( 2008 )
-installed .NET framework 4.5 4.7 4.8
-ran all possible resolutions
-ran process monitor and tried to see whats causing the crash
last thing that popped up before massive closing sequences is apisetschema.dll (no idea actually what it is)
...
I finnaly got out of options
Saw on one guys video he enabled GPU scaling in AMD card settings, but my card is Intel and it does not have scaling.
So I download a driver update tool and UPDATE ALL THE POSSIBLE DRIVERS. No scaling option found but restarted notebook and still game crashed but then for jokes I put everything on low and 800x600 resolution ...
AND IT WORKS SMOOTHLY
MY GUESS:
The screen is obviously tiny with black sidebars, but game it self looks more natural and not stretched. And hell yes it has nice fps!!!
My screen is 1366x768 and I think its widescreen, but 800x600 is more native to the engine? Thats why it fails?
If you would like to help me improve the situation by making it run on full 1366x768 your more than welcomed

Update:
changed windows language to english and it fixed ntdll.dll
managed to put 800x600 in full screen by adjusting intel graphics card settings on 800x600, but fps dropped, so I put it back, if it crashes try to delete all files from My documents foldier and restart the game, it crashed few times but managed to work in the end.
