Cannot create/retrieve an account

The thing is, create / retrieve account is the first thing for me to pop up after starting PR launcher, therefore I cant update via the main screen, since it doesnt pop up as first for me. Any idea before I just download the whole game again ?

You can create a offline account first to quickly get passed it as well.
