This makes any kind of asset play out of the question for me
When I opened up Resource Monitor in the networking tab the only processes I see are PRBF2.exe, PRMumble.exe, and svchost.exe(NetworkService -p)
However, when the connection throttles all network activity drops to 0 Kbps and immediately after the connection comes back I notice scvhost.exe launches a couple of new processes that close themselves down after a bit of time.
These two specifically:
-svchost.exe(LocalServiceAndNoImpersonation)
-svchost.exe(LocalSystemNetworkRestricted)
I have no idea what this means but my internet seems fine while streaming or downloading. So what is going on here, anyone have any thoughts? Restarting my router, PC, wifi antenna, etc. does not fix this.
