mumble not working in 1.6

am i the only one with more then normal mumble problems its pretty much unplayable nowadays normally it happens that i need to restart mumble idk.. like once every 10 games or so but now with the 1.6 patch i need to restart it constantly and it seems that it still doesn work properly... And also sometimes my game just crashes randomly with no error mesage. it happened before 1.6 but again nowdays it happens waay more often.

Yeah it's not working for me either. There's a sticky thread about mumble problems but it doesn't solve mine... hopefully this can be resolved at some point?

You're not giving us a single piece of information. "Not working" is meaningless.
Does it crash? Does it not detect your microphone? Do you not hear people?

i postetd in the bugs section as well where Iguanadjy added with a far better english then mine very specific problems that i have as well. here is the link to the post. thx for youre work and keep up the good work and like he said ~Hoping you guys noticed and are aware of that and that something is gonna be done about it.~ regarding the weird mumble behavior.

for me it just crashes every time with this error: failed to load mumble_app.dll, and yes C++ Redistributable is installed, 2013, 2015, and 2019 version, every one both 86x and 64x installed, it only started since the new 1.16 update

Here's my issue with Mumble, after having to uninstall the game and re-install it.
1) My local works, the blue icon around my name lights up and people can hear me in local chat.
2) My squad chat does not work. I hear the cueing sound (chirp) of it registering the keystroke (num pad 0), but there is no yellow icon around my name in Mumble that lights up.
3) I have tried (unsuccessfully) to reassign my shortcuts, then assign them back with no avail.
4) I have tried to quit (close) Mumble several times (sometimes 5-6 per game) with no avail.
5) I have tried to readjust the slider which indicates compression (I think) because it is in the red - all the way to the left. When I do this, I click on apply then ok, but it goes back to the red setting.
6) I use the Mumble Wizard and everything checks out.
7) Discord works, other VOIP programs work, Mumble has not worked since 1.6

yes as you can se i am not the only one and there is no specific problems that we can tell you its just weird mumble behavior. all sort of problems that dont give an error and you dont even know how to explain it you speack in the squad chat no problems than out of the sudden you scream in squad chat thinking people dont have mics, you restart mumble everything and it still does not work and you get no error no nothing. and then it works again, somethimes it does not work for the hole server, somethimes it doesnt work just for one guy its weird and the most anoing thing is that you cant know it doesnt work you speack for 5 minutes nobody responds and you have to ask constantly if they can here you.
