What advantage does it have over the other Tigr jeeps?
Because compared to the pkm armed it carries one less person and still just one ammo case like the rest of them. Sort of makes it a "better then nothing" and does not live up to its name as a "support" jeep.
Is there something I'm missing in regards to it?

Who says it has to be better at anything? Sometimes mappers just dont want an armed jeep.
