Game crashing when the map loads

My game is crashing when the map loads, i need to delete the ProjectReality folder at the documents all the time to try playing at least 1 map in the server. I've tried changing the compatibility of the game and it worked just for one time (1 map), and the game started crashing again. Some times it shows the error is about a memory.dll, but normaly it just shows 'cleaning up resources'. (This error started suddenly)
