Mumble not working in game

mumble isn't working for me in game
sometimes it works after lots of restarting , but now it's completely not connecting speaker with 2 dashes , when I open it says PR:BF2 Linked then it says :Server connection failed: The remote host closed the connection pr mumble tried restarting it and restarting my router , nothing works.

Mumble is blocked in egypt. Configure it to use a proxy.

i don't think so , it opens half of the time , but some times no if it's blocked it won't open at all , and when it open once it doesn't disconnect anymore , and also I tried VPN when the problem was happening it didn't work out

Go to tray (next to clock), open mumble. If it says "Connection refused", its from your internet provider.

as I said I checked mumble it's only said the remote host closed the connection , and sometimes it opens by itself sometimes not.
