Windows 10 PRBC D Drive issues

Greetings,

Recently I've decided to completely uninstall PRBC from my C Drive unto my D Drive. In doing so, whenever I do a fresh install and I open the game, the next day when I return the game would be uninstalled, or simply the Exe file would not open. This is a new issue I have faced and I'm curious as to whether or not my AntiVirus is to blame
