random fps drop

Since the 1.6.3.4 or 3.3 i don't remember i get random fps drops that usually last for around 3 or 4 minutes then it goes back to normal i have all my graphic settings on low + i have closed all apps when playing PR but the fps drops keep happening, my pc is pretty bad but before i was able to play most maps and some large maps (like kashan desert lrg) at around 30 or 20 fps but now it randomly drops to 10fps or lower and it's unplayable and annoying.

Nope, i don't use bitdefender.
