mumble 2 settings 1 for vehicles

I was in a vehicle and the player I was in said he just learned how to set mumble up for a secondary setting with voice turned up and vehicle noise lower by push of a set key.. basically toggles between two set-ups..... Can anyone give steps on how to do this?

I personally use this. Very good tool, easy to install and very comfortable to use ingame. I'd recommend it to anyone who does assets, especially transport ones as it does get tiring having to yell at the pilots who have their settings set so high that they can't hear a thing you are saying.
