In the menus after I launch the game (like, when setting up a game, or changing my key bindings) everything is off. I have to hover at a random spot on the screen for my mouse to actually register that I'm selecting something.
Any remedies?

Are you playing in windowed mode and what resolution are you using?

I'm running 1360x768@60HZ, though I've tried it with the other smaller resolutions in that dropdown as well.
