"Clear Shader Cache" How is works?

Post by engelxD »

Hello everyone, i changed my graphic card to my integrated but PR and FH crashes with no error message. I used the clear shader cache in the PR launcher and now i can play PR in the resolution i want. FH dont have that option, and i want to play too.

I want to know how i can clear the shader cache manually(FH modders cant help me).

Please help, they are my two favorite games and i want to play :o ops:

Delete folders inside one of these directories

Documents\Forgottenhp 2\mods\bf2\cache

Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\cache

Documents\Battlefield 2\cache

Thanks For the reply!

I deleted that folders but the FH still crashing in any resolution that's is not 800x600. Instead of PR, who i can play fine after clicking "delete shader cache". Maybe is something more?

Run once in 800x600 then change resolution and run again?

FH2 runs things from their own launcher, you'll have to ask them for more information, sorry.

Well, i get my old gt back. Now i can play, thanks. I think is the unique solution instead of format the hard disk.

Thanks, i hope to see you in PR!
