Operation Marlin INS civilian cars

Can we have civilian cars around the map (outside of main) for insurgents to use? Other insurgency maps have them but Operation Marlin doesn't and its a bit hard to get around the map without them.

This map is already pretty unbalanced so this would help in that regard
