"There is a problem with your connection"

Getting :"There is a problem with your connection" multiple times a round
Have 500mbps wired connection, no antivirus/firewall programs to interfere, only windows defender.
When i get this it can last for 3-20 seconds. Can't do anything during this time. Can happen 3 times in the span of 4 mins or once after 15 mins. Can't figure out what triggers it.
Ping is good during it around 100 on HOG(saw no spike).
Only started to happen recently, continued after reinstall. Network drivers and the rest all updated.
Haven't tested it on different server than HOG but it can't be server side since everybody else doesn't have problems around me, right?
Sometimes it will kick me out of the round saying "Connection to the server has been lost". My internet works during this tho...
Please help, it's unplayable in this state, and I'd hate it to have to stop playing this due to a stupid thing.
