Updated all deployable emplacements to spawn without ammo.

Updated with reduced reload time of deployable ATGM by 5 seconds.
Updated with reduced delay to use of deployable ATGM by 5 seconds.
Updated with reduced time to shovel deployable ATGM.
Love it.
Updated mortars to be able to shoot salvos of up to 5 shells before having to reload.
Interesting change, but it feels awkward and annoying that you can't aim mortar while re-stowing it and have to stare at the useless sight. Would be nice to have somewhat like barrel elevation indicator on round selection screen, or the ability to reload while in calc.
Updated mortars to remove delay to use.
Wait up, it's still 3 s, tested in local.

[It would be awesome if y'all added some map with the swedish armed forces with the Saab ja- 37 fighter jet.

OK, one dumb question: Where is the PLA's QJY88?
As of now, we are issued with the Russian PKP...(Type 80 GPMG in China)
Also, the PLANMC now has TWO different colors on their loadouts, which is quite strange!
E.g. I have my blue uniform on in the map Operation Bobcat, but my helmet is GREEN...

Had it, got removed due to copyright issues I believe. The person who gave the devs had no rights over it.

It did seem out of place since it had really good sounds, animations and textures compared to all the other guns in PR

gun sounds are not realistic when shooting, they can be made more beautiful
