Crash joining Lan

Hey everyone, i ve been playing PR2 since 2015 ig, but i used to play it on LAN with my friends, we used to play it a lot, until i dont remember which update, the one that added steam option, made the game broken, i tried every patch on its own, whenever i join the LAN, the game crashes, with nothing, but the server PC is running well, any fix? I still have the 1.6.0.0 full setup file
